Announcements/Reminders:

  • Cowan City Hall entrance is now closed due to the increase in Covid-19 cases throughout Franklin County.   Until further notice, all business will be conducted at the drive-thru.  For up-to-date information from Governor Lee regarding the Coronavirus, please visit https://www.tn.gov/governor/covid-19.html​  
  • Next recycling pickup:  Wednesday, January 20th, 2021
  • ​​Cowan Municipal Court:  Friday, January 29, 2021 at 3:30 p.m.
  • Cowan City Hall will be closed on Monday, January 18, 2021.  Garbage pickup will run one day late (Monday pickup will move to Tuesday, Tuesday pickup will move to Wednesday.)
