Monday - Garbage Pickup West Side of Railroad Tracks
Tuesday - Garbage Pickup East Side of Railroad Tracks
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Business Garbage Pickup
Thursday - Brush/Leaves Pickup
The City of Cowan can only pick up household garbage. 
* No Construction Material, Hazardous Waste, Paint, or Carpet are Picked Up by the Street Department.  Construction and demolition waste must be disposed of at the SANTEK transfer station on Hwy 41A in Estill Springs. 
All Grass Clippings Must be Bagged
No Trash Cans Over 32 Gallons

Trash pickup will run one day late if pickup day falls on a Holiday.
